NOTIONS

Tapestry needle, stitch markers, waste yarn of similar weight, 5 mm safety eyes, stuffing material, pins.

FINISHED MEASUREMENT

26 cm height.

This bear is knitted from the top down, in the round, and seamless. We start by knitting the head, then the body up to the armholes. At the armholes, the arm stitches are left on hold while we knit the body and legs. Then we pick up the arm stitches again and work in the round to the hand. The snout and ears are knitted separately and then sewn to the bear’s body. The nose is embroidered over the snout. In the end, we knit the sweater also from the top down, seamlessly and with the “beehive” twist panel on the front.
